To kick start the types of crafting blogs I may post in the coming months, I thought I’d start by showing you some of the items that I made for our wedding last year. Before we get started, big shout out to our photographer Kate Gray and her husband for the majority of photos shown in this…

I’m a 30 something professional living in the UK with my husbster and our two cats George and Ruby. Decided to give a blog a go as I finally feel like I’m beginning to get this ‘being an adult thing’ down.
I’m an avid Slimming World member, a huge lover of Zumba, Clubbercise, Core De Force and Insanity and like to dabble in the world of design and crafting. (Disclaimer – please note I am no expert, a lot of my creations are based on hacks or tips n tricks and are ‘made with love’ lol)
For the better part of 4 years, I’ve made some big changes in my life that have immensely improved things – significantly my health. I’m always being told that I have great organisational skills, am the go to gal for advice and like to help people so I thought why not put those things to good use and have a go at a blog. This could be the start of a new big and exciting chapter in my life, or it could tank and I could be the only person that reads this – either way, why not try hey? This blog is as much for me as it is for anyone reading it, I do not plan on taking any steps backwards so this will help keep me focused.
So this space is going to be my story – the story of how I managed to lose 6 stone (so far) and get my life back on track and hopefully sharing new and exciting adventures that I’m yet to have. No doubt a lot of this will be about food – I LOVE to cook and share my slimming world experiments – but I’ll try and shake things up and keep it interesting by sharing new products I’m trying, days out reviews, my exercise journey, crafting projects, hell maybe I’ll be brave and share hair and make up stories. My only hope is that just one person might stumble across this and it might inspire them – if I do then happy days!
